Screenprinting is a printing technique that involves using a mesh screen to transfer ink onto a substrate, such fabric or paper. The screen is coated with a photosensitive emulsion, which is then exposed to light to create a stencil of the desired image. Ink is then pushed through the stencil and onto the substrate using a squeegee.
